El Que, opened December 2009, is the newest addition to the Elk-Porch-Moon Time-Two-Seven family of restaurants. El Que brings together traditional, house-made, South-of-the-Border favorites like chile rellenos, tamales and taco-truck style tacos with inventive cocktails and infused tequilas. Throw in some homemade hot sauces and mix together in a 35-seat space, and you have one of the coolest spots in Spokane for a margarita and some tacos.
